AGREEMENT-CONTROLLED TERMS

Define the edge cases before a referral is released.

The Referral Agreement must define the commission calculation, attribution window, reporting evidence, payment deadline, duplicate or pre-existing-customer rules, disputes, and termination effects.

  1. Confirm partner criteria.Amblet and the integrator document covered services, territory, minimum project size, preferences, and capacity.
  2. Review the protected referral.The Integrator Partner may accept or decline without an upfront referral charge.
  3. Keep customer information protected.Customer-identifying information is released only after the applicable agreement and referral acceptance.
  4. Report outcomes under the agreement.A success commission is considered only after the referred project is completed and the integrator receives payment.
