PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUCCESS TERMS
Understand the Commercial Terms Before Customer Information Is Released.
First 3 accepted referrals: $0 upfront. Referral 4+: $25–$50 upfront. Every accepted referral carries an agreed success commission only if the project is completed and paid. A success commission applies to every accepted Amblet referral, including the first three pilot referrals, but only if the referred project is completed and the Integrator Partner receives customer payment. The exact commission and calculation basis are agreed in writing before customer-identifying information is released.
This page is a plain-language website summary. The signed Referral Agreement controls final attribution, completion, reporting, payment, dispute, and customer-information-release terms.
Does commission apply to the first three referrals?
Yes. The founding pilot waives only the upfront referral fee for the first three accepted referrals per approved business. It does not waive the agreed success commission on a completed and paid project.
When is a success commission earned?
Only after the completion and customer-payment conditions in the signed Referral Agreement are satisfied. Accepting a referral, holding discovery, issuing a quote, or signing a project contract does not by itself earn a commission.
How is the commission amount determined?
The amount and calculation basis are agreed privately in the signed Referral Agreement before customer-identifying information is released. The public website does not set or disclose a fixed percentage.
What project revenue is included?
The signed Referral Agreement defines the applicable calculation basis, exclusions, refunds, credits, chargebacks, and treatment of related or unrelated work. The website does not replace those written terms.
How long does attribution last?
The signed Referral Agreement states the attribution period and the referred scope. A prior customer relationship alone does not decide whether the same project is a qualifying duplicate.
What must the Integrator Partner report?
The signed Referral Agreement establishes the status, completion, customer-payment, refund, and dispute reporting required for the referral. Amblet should request only commercially reasonable evidence and avoid unnecessary customer-sensitive information.
When is payment due?
The signed Referral Agreement states the invoice timing, payment deadline, supporting evidence, dispute process, and any adjustment for refunds, credits, or chargebacks. Amblet does not automatically debit an Integrator Partner through this website.
What counts as a duplicate?
A claimed duplicate or pre-existing opportunity must follow the evidence and timing requirements in the signed Referral Agreement. If Amblet validates a qualifying duplicate, the applicable pilot slot and upfront-fee treatment follow that agreement.
What happens if the customer cancels?
No success commission is earned on a project that is not completed and paid, subject to the signed Referral Agreement. A valid referral may still consume a pilot slot when the customer later cancels or stops responding.
What happens if the project never closes?
No success commission is earned unless the project is completed and the Integrator Partner receives customer payment. Amblet does not guarantee a response, proposal, contract, completed project, payment, or sale.
When is customer information released?
Customer-identifying information may be released only after the Integrator Partner is approved, criteria and permission are documented, an active Referral Agreement is signed, the protected summary is reviewed, the referral is accepted, any applicable upfront condition is satisfied, and release is permitted by the current legal and operational controls.
Does applying create an obligation?
Submitting this application creates no charge, Referral Agreement, commission obligation, automatic referral, or public partner listing. If Amblet approves the application, final referral and commission terms must be established in a separately signed Referral Agreement before customer-identifying information is released.
The signed Referral Agreement controls final attribution, completion, reporting, payment, dispute, and customer-information-release terms.
